Intuitive Marketing — Aligned Client Attraction for spiritual Coaches, Healers, Psychics, Priestesses

Intuitive Marketing – a way of marketing that combines practical strategy with intuition, creativity, energetic awareness, and authentic self-expression—allowing us to attract aligned clients without forcing ourselves into rigid marketing formulas.

When our work requires deep presence, intuitive listening, energetic sensitivity, healing, channeling, psychic work, or holding space for constant content creation – constantly creating (more) content on top of that can become overwhelming. For introverted, sensitive, intuitive people, particularly those who work with energy, this constant content churning can feel like running on a hamster wheel.

For those of us who are intuitive and work from embodied and lived experience, our best content often does not come from a content template. It comes from what we are actually experiencing, learning, understanding, and receiving creatively and intuitively. It can be a life lesson you have learned through years of personal experience, a spiritual revelation, a channeled message, an energetic transmission, a transformational insight, a mystical experience, life advice, something you are currently observing in your clients, an intuitive message, a healing practice, a meditation, a spiritual teaching, a story from your own journey, or a deeper perspective on a subject you have been studying for years.

If your work is highly intuitive, your strongest message and most resonant piece of content may not arrive on Tuesday because Tuesday happens to be your “educational content day” in your ‘content calendar’ or something you created with the help of a ‘content template’, ‘messaging framework’ or ChatGPT prompt.

It may arrive while you are channeling, meditating, conducting a client session, having a mystical experience, in your dream, while undergoing an emotional healing journey, as an intuitive download, while tuning into the collective energy, conducting an energy healing session, or experiencing something new in your own life. And if you are someone who feels the magnitude of your mission and genuinely wants to make a positive change in the world, the advice to never give any valuable content for free – may not feel right.

Of course, consistency is important, but there is a difference between consistency and constant output. You can be consistent in serving your audience and marketing your offers and services without being constantly ‘visible’ or online. You can publish one in-depth article instead of ten pieces of content that you created simply because you felt ‘pressured’ to post to be ‘consistent’. You can write an email newsletter when you genuinely have something meaningful to share. You can build a library of blog posts, Substack posts, YouTube videos, or podcast episodes – that will continue to attract people months and years after they were published.

You can create the evergreen body of work – books, guides, meditations, courses, and other resources that continue to serve your audience, sell and market your offers – without requiring you to be online every day.

You can use social media and sales automation tools and share valuable content consistently – without the need to be consistently online or posting and creating new content – every day.

Besides the overwhelm of constant content creation as preached by most marketers online, another challenge that healers, psychics, occult practitioners, and intuitive coaches often encounter is finding a business strategy that really works for them and the nature of their work.

Most of business coaches come from corporate background – careers in sales, marketing, or other mainstream business niches, and they do understand sales, marketing, positioning, copywriting, business scaling, and business strategy really well. From a marketing perspective, the sales and messaging frameworks they teach and use in their own business are brilliant, and they may work really well for business coaching, career coaching, fitness coaching, social media and branding, consulting, and other ‘mainstream’ coaching and business niches.

The challenge is that it can be much more difficult to ‘fit’ spiritual, intuitive, psychic, occult, and energy-healing services into those same messaging frameworks, because this type of work is very different and, in many ways, much more “ethereal.

One of the things I hear very often from my clients is that, prior to working with me, they could not find a coach who actually understood what they do and the nature of their work, or that actually took the time to understand their offers and what they do.

It is difficult for me to imagine how I could help someone with messaging, copywriting, positioning, selling, offer creation, or business systems if I had no understanding of what they were actually selling. But the sad truth is that many psychics, intuitive coaches, occult practitioners, healers, priestesses, and spiritual teachers end up working with business coaches who themselves are not particularly intuitive or spiritual, and may never have experienced energy healing, ritualistic work, explored occult topics, had a mystical experience, worked with psychic or channeled information – and may even feel uncomfortable around the topic of channeling, mediumship, and occult.

And when this happens, the business coach may propose the sales and messaging framework that works for them and most of their other clients – the person is then encouraged to change their messaging, their content, their offer, their positioning, and sometimes even their way of expressing themselves – to fit the particular messaging framework, content creation template, ‘be more relatable’, or follow more conventional business, sales, or marketing strategy – and this can dilute the intuitive offers, the channeled messages, the unique creative expression, and the authentic brand voice of the client.

On the other hand, these factors, together with natural energetic resonance, can lead priestesses, priests, psychics, occult practitioners, healers, and intuitive coaches to decide to work with spiritually oriented business coaches who teach about energetic alignment, intuitive business decision-making, feminine magnetism strategies, client manifestation, prosperity rituals, money energy healing, visibility blocks healing

I have signed up for all of these myself, lol, and I am love this type of work, but over the years, I’ve also realised that spiritual alignment, energetic work, and manifestation practices are helpful, but it is also very important for having a business systemsthat actually support the business and generate consistent income.

Because what happens when we are not “in the vibe”? When we are physically or energetically exhausted? When we are experiencing the different stages of our hormonal cycles, healing and recovering from a physical condition, grieving the loss of a beloved person, undergoing deep emotional or energy healing work, moving to a different city or country, undergoing stressful home renovation, experiencing a life transition, taking time during and after the pregnancy, or when we simply need some time away from the business?

As much as there is energetic potency and genuine value in intuitive content creation, following our creative urges, and sharing what is moving through us in the moment, a business that brings consistent income requires consistency, selling, and systems.

What I have realised through building my own business (as a Manifestor in Human Design and clairsantient IFNJ) and working with clients over the years – is that having good systems is one of the things that makes it possible for us to run a business in an intuitive, slow, and sustainable way. Systems do not have to take away the magic from your work. On the contrary, the right systems can create the spaciousness for you to work more intuitively, serve your clients, and create your best body of work – because they take many repetitive tasks away from your to-do list.

For many years, evergreen long-form content—particularly articles and blog posts—was one of my most sustainable marketing channels. I have written hundreds of articles – and clients are still discovering me and my work trough the articles that I wrote five, seven, or even ten years ago. Later, my books became another important part of my body of work.

This is the reason I continue to preach the importance of evergreen long-form content and body of work – over the short-form and short-lasting social media content. Yes, I also use social media, but in a way that is supporting to me – not draining.

Creating am evergreen body of work, digital product suite, and setting up automation tools for selling and marketing over the years has made it possible for me to continue sharing valuable content consistently and serving my audience – without needing to (actively) post on social media every day. I only started using paid ads last year, but even before that, having the right systems in place has made it possible for me to receive sales notifications while I am sleeping, healing, recovering, and having the most profitable months while I was on vacation and traveling.

I believe systems are essential for intuitive and spiritual business owners. If our time is vastly consumed by client delivery, marketing, social media, administration, and selling, there is very little space left for the very practices that nourish the work and devoting our time and energy to actually working with clients, creating transformational offers, writing books, speaking, deepening our intuitive and spiritual practice…

Not to mention how much stress over inconsistent income, worrying about paying the bills, or having to take a job or answer psychic phone service that is draining because of lack of consistent income in your business can take away from our energetic vibration, emotional fulfilment, and the quality of our life and time away from the spiritual practice and work we are passionate to do.

For us, to whom this work itself is deeply meaningful – we want to write, or teach, channel, facilitate healing, retreats, mystical experiences, create, serve, perform spiritual practices, do the ritualistic work, hold the ceremonies, facilitate consciousness expansion, help people, change the world for the better…

To be able to do that in our full capacity, we need systems that work for us – while we are not working.

We need consistent income streams that are not entirely dependent on how many hours we work.
