My life fell apart in 2009; my mental and physical health was suffering as a result of burnout, and I was feeling lost and overwhelmed. I was also emotionally broken due to low self worth and poor boundaries.
Subconscious work, yoga, wellness, and embarking on a deep personal growth journey have helped me to turn my life around. That inspired me to become a life coach. My mission is to help other women to:
