In case you are traveling, recovering from an illness, taking a health treatment, attending a family function, or having work related engagement, we can postpone the session for another week, as per our schedule. You will get the exact number of sessions as you invested in.
No. Therapy focuses on mental health and emotional healing, while life coaching focuses on self development, success, confidence building, problem solving, decision making, increasing motivation and productivity, self discovery, vision for the future, and setting and achieving client’s goals.
Yes! Your name or any other private details that you share during life coaching sessions will not be disclosed (unless YOU give a written permission, or write a testimonial).
We would conduct the coaching session at an agreed time and day of the week (Monday to Saturday). In case of time zone difference, we would agree on the timing that works for both of us.
